Leading the way to a

healthier tomorrow.

C-Health (CSAAE Healthcare Initiative) is a bold response to a pressing challenge in Nigeria’s healthcare system.

What we stand for

At C-Health, our mission is simple: To make healthcare accessible, inclusive, and affordable for everyone —especially underserved and vulnerable populations.

Years Of Experience in Medical Services

About us

Between 2021 and 2023, the Centre for Social Awareness, Advocacy and Ethics (CSAAE) conducted a comprehensive review of 534 Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCs) across the five states in the southeast region of Nigeria. Supported by 185 dedicated researchers, the findings were alarming—none of the PHCs met the minimum standards set by the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency (NPHCDA).

These results revealed deep-rooted issues: poor infrastructure, limited access to essential medical services, and a critical shortage of skilled healthcare professionals. C-Health was born out of the urgent need to address these gaps and reimagine primary healthcare delivery in Nigeria.

How We Make A Difference

C-Health is driven by innovation and community-centered solutions. We prioritize:

At C-Health, we’re proud to be part of something bigger—helping Nigeria move closer to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Our Work and the SDGs

SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being

We’re improving access to quality healthcare, especially in places that need it most.

SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities

By focusing on underserved and vulnerable communities, we’re helping close the healthcare gap.

SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure

We’re rethinking how primary healthcare is delivered—building smarter, stronger systems from the ground up.

SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals

We believe in the power of collaboration. That’s why we work closely with communities, health professionals, and policymakers to create lasting change.
